Matthew is getting to be a professional eater.
Hey everyone, here is our Christmas newsletter for this year:
Looking over the last year we struggle to come up with items for our newsletter that may actually be interesting for friends and family. The year has been quite the adventure as we’ve watched Matthew grow and learn new things at an amazing rate. He is cuter than ever as he runs around the house making declarations which are usually either comical or heart melting and are a constant reminder that he’s graduated from baby to toddler so swiftly. Matthew started going to daycare part time this March where he seems to be having a blast and learning new things every day. Weekends are sometimes tough for Matthew as he’s not quite able to understand why we refuse to deliver when he says “I want daycare friends.”

After eight months of parental leave Kevin returned to the work world. Rather than going back to Sun Life, Kevin started a new position as Database and Business Analyst at Athena Software. This may sound familiar as just last year we announced that Anne had started a job at the same company! Anne is still there but her role at Athena changed in January when she became Manager of Client Services. We have successfully worked on the same team for about 10 months now without any marriage crisis yet.
In fact we have grown closer together and are enjoying the opportunity to carpool and occasionally eat lunch together.
Our big expense this year was to install a patio. We did it late in the season and haven’t been able to really enjoy it yet. Hopefully we will have an opportunity in the new year to break it in with friends and family.
